🌍 International Customs & Duty Fees

As we are unable to advise the exact amount of customs and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that may apply once the order has reached its destination.

⚠️ Items Out of Stock

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you before shipping to confirm which items are available. You can choose to wait for the remaining items to arrive and be shipped separately, or we will offer alternative solutions based on your preference.

• The shipping address must be specific address in English.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Order Cancellations are only accepted with 24 hours of placing the order.
• Shipping addresses changes cannot be made after 24 hours.
• During peak seasons or for production periods or for highly customized items, shipping may take slightly longer – we'll keep you updated on your order’s progress.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and previous shipping fee are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, all press on nails are not eligible for returns. Certain types of items cannot be returned & exchanged, like press on nails, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards. We also do not accept returns & exchanges on sales items, custom orders and gift cards. However, for other items if you are not satisfied with your order please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to accept your return of the item.

*All discounted/ sales purchases are final sales including discounted purchases with a coupon code.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@vboutiquestudio.com
