• Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 2-7 business days after order confirmation.
• Custom Orders: Processed and shipped within 7-14 business days after order confirmation. Some highly customized, especially personalized phone cases, may take up to 30 business days, depending on the complexity and curing time to ensure quality.
• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items require advance reservation. Once the product is in stock and ready for release, your order will be shipped within 2-7 business days.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping Warehouse
Our products are shipped from various warehouses located in China, the United States, and Canada. Depending on product availability and the destination of your order, we will select the most efficient shipping method. Please note that we do not accept requests for shipments from specific warehouses.

🌍 International Customs & Duty Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customer or duty fees that may apply once the order has reached its destination.

Combining Pre-Order / Items Out of Stock / In-Stock Items in One Order
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you immediately after receiving your order to confirm which items are available.

You can place an order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock items to take advantage of the free shipping offer for orders over $99 CAD. 

If you prefer to receive all items together and take advantage of free shipping for the entire order, we can hold your in-stock items until all pre-order items are available and ship them together. Alternatively, you may request to have the in-stock items shipped first, and we will need to purchase a flat shipping rate for the initial shipment.

• The shipping address must be a specific address in English.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Shipping addresses changes cannot be made after 24 hours.
• During peak production periods or for highly customized items, shipping may take slightly longer – we'll keep you updated on your order’s progress.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

• In the same condition as received 
• Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, you can contact us at support@vboutiquestudio.com  If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@vboutiquestudio.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions /Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, customization, promotions pricing, and nature of digital products, the following items are non-returnable:

• Press-on nails
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Sales / discounted items (including those purchased with a coupon code)

All of the above items are final sale. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for return, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note: Items such as press-on nails, custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal due to hygiene, personalization, or the non-refundable nature of the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
