Q: How long will my custom order take?
A: Custom items are made to order and may take up to 30 days to produce, depending on the complexity. Extra drying or curing time is required to ensure quality and durability. We’ll keep you updated and notify you when your order ships.

Q: Can I cancel or changes to my oder after placing it ?
A: If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already started and changes may not be possible.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom items?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products unless there is a production defect. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

• Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 2-7 business days after order confirmation.
• Custom Orders: Processed and shipped within 7-14 business days after order confirmation. Some highly customized, especially personalized phone cases, may take up to 30 business days, depending on the complexity and curing time to ensure quality.
• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items require advance reservation. Once the product is in stock and ready for release, your order will be shipped within 2-7 business days.

Our products are shipped from various warehouses located in China, the United States, and Canada. Depending on product availability and the destination of your order, we will select the most efficient shipping method. Please note that we do not accept requests for shipments from specific warehouses.

Combining Pre-Order / Items Out of Stock / In-Stock Items in One Order
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you immediately after receiving your order to confirm which items are available.

You can place an order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock items to take advantage of the free shipping offer for orders over $99 CAD. 

If you prefer to receive all items together and take advantage of free shipping for the entire order, we can hold your in-stock items until all pre-order items are available and ship them together. Alternatively, you may request to have the in-stock items shipped first, and we will need to purchase a flat shipping rate for the initial shipment.
